On the afternoon of November 29, the exhibition named “Owe to Seasons of the East — Su Hsien-Fa’s Poetic Insight” was opened at ZJAM.

Officials and guests attending the exhibition included: Ren Qun, deputy inspector of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism (ZPDCT); He Yongming, deputy director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of Zhejiang Province; Huang Jianquan, deputy director of the Zhejiang Provincial Bureau Radio and Television; Xiao Feng, former president of the China Academy of Art (CAA) and famous painter; famous painter Quan Shanshi; Yang Canjun, dean of the Painting School of CAA; Huang Xiaoyun, director of the Exchange Division of the Taiwan Affairs Office of Zhejiang Province; Zhang Yan, director of the Taiwan Culture Department of the ZPDCT; Chao Huei-Ling, dean of the College of Arts of National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU). The opening ceremony was hosted by Ying Jinfei, executive deputy curator of ZJAM. Du Qun, secretary of the General Party Committee and deputy curator of ZJAM, presented a collection certificate to the artist Su Hsien-Fa.

The Philharmonic Orchestra performed a chamber music quartet before the opening ceremony and the opening music at the opening ceremony. Ren Qun, deputy inspector of the ZPDCT, Chao Huei-Ling, dean of the College of Arts of the NTNU, Xiao Feng, former president of the CAA and famous painter, and Wang Jiguang, chairman of Taiwan Nanshan High School, delivered speeches respectively. The artist Su Hsien-Fa gave a thank-you speech. Ren Qun, He Yongming, Xiao Feng, Quan Shanshi, Chao Huei-Ling, Wang Jiguang, Wang Zhenhong, and Su Hsien-Fa cut the ribbon for the exhibition.

The exhibition was sponsored by the ZPDCT, jointly organized by ZJAM and the Taiwan Cultural and Art Development Promotion Association, and co-organized by the NTNU, Taiwan Academy of Fine Arts and the Paris Cultural and Educational Foundation of Taiwan. A total of more than 70 oil paintings by Mr. Su Hsien-Fa were exhibited.
