All the four types of cards provide free membership services for one year dated from the activation. After that, our computer system will check automatically whether the card could live up to the requirements for validity extension. To learn more information about procedures of extending the validity of cards, please refer to “Notice of Cards Validity Extension for Friends of Zhejiang Art Museum”.

VIP Card:Our system will automatically renew your vip card after the expiration of one year provided that you have attended at least 3 activities or accumulated at least 30 credits within the past year. If you fail to satisfy the requirements, the system will send mobile message or e-mail to inform you of coming to the museum reception for renewing.
Media Card:Upon the expiration of one year, our museum will check your eligibility for the next year in accordance with your reports and coverings about the museum within the past year. Media Cards can be used as usual after confirmation and the day of re-activation will be considered as the first day of another year’s membership. If your Media Card fails to be verified, our system will send mobile message or e-mail to inform you of coming to the museum reception to convert your card into VIP Card.
Honor Card:Upon the expiration of one year, our museum will check your eligibility for the next year in accordance with your volunteering work and contributions to the development of ZJAM within the past year. Honor Card can be used as usual after confirmation and the day of re-activation will be considered as the first day of another year’s membership. If your Honor Card fails to be verified, our system will send mobile message or e-mail to inform you of coming to the museum reception to convert your card into VIP Card.
Sponsor Card:Upon the expiration of one year, our museum will check the eligibility for the next year in accordance with sponsorships provided by supporting institutions and communities within the past year. Sponsor Cards can be used as usual after confirmation and the day of re-activation will be considered as the first day of another year’s membership. If your Sponsor Card fails to be verified, our system will send mobile message or e-mail to inform you of the result.

Credits can be gained through participating in various activities hosted by ZJAM. Credits amounting to a certain number can be exchanged for relevant gifts.

One month before expiration of the cards, our museum will notify members by e-mail or mobile message to exchange gifts as soon as possible before the credits go invalid. Membership credits for the next year will be calculated right from the day of re-activation.
