Xie pu farmers painting has a long history, thriving in the last century 80’s, from then on, it gradually formed with characteristic of Xie pu folk local farmers painting style.One of farmers painting works won gold award of American folk art exhibition, which is under guidance of Mr. Hua SanChuan.
As Xie pu farmer paintings reputation developed across southeast Asia and the United States,we build a wide range of non-governmental exchange platforms under the support of the town party committee and government in the district.Specialized cooperatives of farmers painting has been set up to form creation training base. More than 50 Xie pu farmer paintings derivatives are developed to help them go further from Ningbo to other cities, even to the whole country.
The exhibition is held in Zhejiang Art Museum in November.
