As a service for limited membership, “Member of Zhejiang Art Museum” is particularly customized for the public, the media, the cultural volunteers of ZJAM and the supporting institutions and communities. It is initiated as a sharing platform for contemporary arts and the public so that every visitor may have an opportunity to be engaged in high-quality arts and cultures, communicate with artists face to face at the first moment, review the development of arts history and witness current artistic events, as well as enjoy the charisma of arts and experience cultural and artistic activities. All art-loving people are invited to apply as “Member of ZJAM”.
ZJAM tailors different types of cards to meet various needs. They are VIP Card, Honor Card, Media Card and Sponsor Card, with corresponding membership services.
The incomes of “Friends of ZJAM” will be used in supporting exhibitions, academic researches and public education programs presented by ZJAM. Your great contribution to contemporary Chinese arts and the development of ZJAM will be highly appreciated.
Registration Procedures
1. You can get a free registration on page “Member of Zhejiang Art Museum” on the official website of ZJAM, or on the touch screens at the Member Center in the museum, and please fill in clearly your reasons for the type of card you apply. (Application for VIP Cards can skip this step).
2. Your registration information will be confirmed, with your reasons for the type of card you apply examined within 10 working days.
3. You will then get a mobile message informing your registration and the result of your application (For Honor Card, Media Card and Sponsor Card only).
4. After registration, please activate your membership at the Consultancy and Service Center on the second floor of the art museum with your ID card and start your journey as a friend of ZJAM.
5. If you do not choose the type of application (VIP Card, Honor Card, Media Card or Sponsor Card), or your application cannot be approved, the type of application will be set as VIP Card automatically.
Application Requirements
1. VIP Card: There is no limited condition for applicants, only with the total number fixed for that year.
2. Media Card: It is suitable for media professionals covering and promoting ZJAM.
3. Honor Card: It is suitable for volunteers that have worked more than 100 hours for ZJAM or those who have made a great contribution to the development of ZJAM.
4. Sponsor Card: It is suitable for institutions and communities supporting exhibitions and public education programs of ZJAM.

· An in-door exhibition guiding service available every year for institutions and communities (at most 50 visitors a time)
· A specialized public education program available for institutions and communities, such as sharing meeting, family program, performing, etc (at most 50 visitors a time; you can choose either this option or the last one)
· A 20% discount for consumptions at the bookstore, artistic by-products store, arts material shop and café of ZJAM
